City re-appoints Managing Consultant Russ Johnson to PIAC
The Kansas City Public Improvements Advisory Committee (PIAC) consists of 13 persons, two from each council district and a chairperson, appointed by the Mayor and City Council.  The PIAC's primary function is to create the city's $140 million capital budget.  Managing Consultant Russ Johnson has served on PIAC since May 2003.
